A speciality by Robert Váhala senior. Reeve's delicacy is made from a mixture of ground meat and pieces of sweet pepper, all wrapped in a thin slice of lean belly. The Reeve's delicacy is smoked until it's golden and then it's ready to put the finishing touches to a cold platter or serve as an excellent snack.
